The data that we store is kept within the European Union (EU). To the best of our knowledge all data stored by our contractors is also stored within the EU.

By opting out we may no longer have a record of your decision, and you may reregister at any point (and remove yourself as before).

8. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The Data Protection Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet administration costs, and will require verification that you are the rightful person to access this data.
Perspective Publishing Limited run a policy of holding the minimum data we can to achieve the needed objectives. As such all our information will usually be limited to name, job title, company name and contact details. We will never ask for personal identifiers such as date of birth or other private/personal information. We may sometimes ask for information on the business the communication is in relation to.
Where Perspective Publishing believes it is in your legitimate interest to receive newsletters or other information from us then we will make use of this provision in GDPR. Any communication sent to you on a legitimate interest basis will include an opt out, and you will be able to opt out from any further communication from us. Where you are opting in to a service from Perspective Publishing we will look to make it clear which service you are opting in to. It is not our usual policy to pass on your details to any third party, unless we specifically state this at the point of opt in (for example on a sponsored survey).
